The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Develop recommendations and implement fleet management initiatives to protect vehicle assets and prevent vehicle/part loss
- Prevent operation-related fraud/misuse, and improve visibility on vehicle operations to increase utilization
- Monitor vehicles and related assets, from the vendor to the user and vice versa, ensuring vehicles are handovered and used properly, records/documents are kept as needed, and data is accurate.
- Align with stakeholders on various issues, e.g. vehicle maintenance schedule, including licenses and registration updates, routine data updates, etc.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of working experience in fleet asset management, coming from a company with a large number of truck assets (managing hundreds to thousands of truck vehicles)
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, with strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in leading teams and possess interpersonal skills to work with various departments
- Self-starter that is highly capable of working independently, with a tangible track record of results-based process improvement
