JOB DESCRIPTION*
Job #1) Vancouver | Luxury Tile Showroom
- Wage: $18 /hour
- Location: 1640 W 3rd Ave, Vancouver
- Work Schedule: Tuesday (after 5:30 pm), Thursday (after 5:30pm) and Saturday (after 4pm) or Sunday (anytime)
- Hours: 7.5 hrs. /week TOTAL
Job #2) Richmond | Commercial Office (Looking for "2" Evening cleaners) |
- Wage: $18 /hour
- Location: Van Horne Way (Near Bridgeport Skytrain)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday || 5 PM to 9 PM
- Hours: 20 hrs. /week TOTAL (one cleaner)
Job #3) Vancouver | Exterior Litter Picking |
- Wage: $22 /hour
- Location: Southbridge Business Park (Near East Kent)
- Work Schedule: Once a week (2.5 hrs. per session)
- Hours: 2.5 hrs. /week TOTAL
Job #4) Vancouver | Commercial Office |
- Wage: $19.50 /hour
- Location: 30 East 6th Avenue
- Work Schedule: Once a week (2 hrs. per session)
- Hours: 2 hrs. /week TOTAL
Mandatory qualifications:
- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:
- You own and drive a vehicle
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Wipe, and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
